L’European Cup 300 mètres est une compétition non olympique. L’ESC souhaite offrir pour le Carabine 300 mètres la possibilité de participer à des événements supplémentaires. Trois étapes de qualification et la finale sont programmés selon le calendrier ci-dessous. Les classements après les étapes permettront de connaître la liste des finalistes selon les critères suivants :

• Les vainqueurs des étapes 2015
• Les premiers du classement selon les règles ESC
• Les vainqueurs de la Finale 2014 dans toutes les disciplines
• Un invité supplémentaire pour la nation organisatrice

Si un athlète est déjà qualifié, le suivant sera automatiquement repéché sur l’étape concernée (même principe que les quotas olympiques). Dans les 2 éreuves, un maximum de 20 tireurs seront donc qualifiés en finale. En cas de désistement pour l’ultime compétition, une liste d’attente sera réalisée en fonction des scores obtenus sur les étapes.
